Recruitment procedure – How can you prepare for a long life together?

If your motivation and ambitions align with the vacancy, we will arrange a first interview with the recruiter and a team member. If the outcome of the interview is positive, you will be invited to an online assessment. The recruiter will then schedule a time to discuss the results with you. Based on this, a second round of interviews may be conducted if necessary.
