As the Head of IT Customer & Digital at NN, you'll be leading the IT domain which is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products. What you are going to do

The mission of the C&C IT domain is to empower our colleagues by providing the state of the art  IT foundation for all customer facing functions so they can ensure an awesome digital customer experience. To do that the domain offers fit for purpose, flexible and digital solutions to colleagues who rely on the domain for shared building blocks and expertise, so they are able to offer digital products connecting their products to our customers.

Additionally, the IT domain is the driving force within C&D behind generic IT topics such as architecture, embedding the Engineering culture and ensuring reliability and security.   

Next to that you will be the IT representative of C&D in several  boards within NN like the IT Board and ITRC of NN Group.

As Head of IT Customer & Digital, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring that C&D is within risk appetite with regard to technology risk
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the entire C&D chain, including availability, performance, and security (reliability)
• Representing C&D in the IT board and ITRC of NN Group and closely aligning with central developments
• Playing a leading role in building the desired engineering culture
• Leading the change for working with the latest technology to reduce maintenance and increase development time, in operational processes like testing and controls
• Leading the change towards the desired architecture at C&D in collaboration with BUs, phasing out legacy systems and ushering in a new era of innovation

In addition, you have:

• Experience as a manager within an IT environment
• Expertise in software development, IT operations, and application architectures, preferably in a financial environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a keen sense of organisational awareness
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, as you'll be working in an international team
• A Master's degree in an IT-related field
   

Who you will work with

You'll be heading a predominantly international team consisting of several DEVOPS teams, Engineering Managers, the Information Security team of C&D, the Architecture team and the Center of  Engineering. Additionally you are part of the C&D MT and work closely together with the Heads of the other domains within C&D on IT related topics.
